Establishing a ground handling operation for the first time in the country was no small challenge — experienced manpower simply did not exist locally. That is why we built our human capital function before the start-up stage.
Workforce plans were made and implemented, and every new hire was trained by one of the most reputed and recognised training centres in the world. Following classroom training, our people completed on-the-job exercises — and the result is a genuinely skillful team.
